Maya was googling the same worried question for the third night running, scrolling past jargon and judgment, finding nothing that sounded like an actual person. So she started writing the thing she couldn’t find. That’s still the whole idea: real help for real parents, from people who’ve been up at 2 a.m. too.

Where it began: one tired parent, a laptop, and a question that wouldn’t wait until morning.
What we believe
Parenting advice is usually a lecture or a sales pitch. We wanted a third thing.
Warm, honest, and actually useful. Written like a text from a friend who happens to have read the research. No tower, no white coats, no shame for the days it all falls apart.
How we show up
We read the studies and link the sources so you can check us. When something’s still up for debate, we tell you it’s up for debate.
You won’t get a lecture here. We write for the messy middle: the late mornings, the meltdowns, the days you’re running on fumes.
Every guide has to earn its place in a real home: a script you can say tonight, a small step, a tool that genuinely helps.
